At Les Fermes Valens, we are proud to use certified organic farming practices to provide high-quality organic products directly from our farms to your table. Our beef, chicken, veal, and organic eggs are all produced according to strict organic standards and certified by accredited organic certification bodies.

Animal health and well-being are central to our farming philosophy. Our cattle graze freely on pasture during the summer months and are fed nutritious grasses and hay harvested from our fields throughout the winter. Our poultry are fed a carefully balanced grain-based diet and are raised in spacious, well-lit barns that allow them to move freely and express their natural behaviors. Whenever weather conditions permit, they also enjoy access to the outdoors, meeting Free Range standards.

Our organic eggs come from our family-owned laying hen farm located just minutes from our processing facility. Our hens enjoy spacious housing, nesting areas, enrichment activities, and outdoor access when weather conditions allow. Their welfare and comfort are a priority every day, resulting in high-quality eggs with rich flavor and exceptional freshness.
