Organic navy beans. Rinse and soak for 12 hours. Place 1 cup of beans in 2 cups of water, cover and cook over medium heat for 2 hours.
Halfway through cooking, add tomatoes, onions, celery, salt, pepper, thyme, basil and semi-cooked minced meat (optional).
