Method of preparation :

Our quinoa is pre-washed, so there's no need to rinse it before cooking. Add 2 cups of water for each cup of quinoa (2:1 ratio). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, or until all water is absorbed.
